Our refund and policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to the package you wish to receive a refund for.

 

Refunds

 

If after 7 days of purchasing our package, it has not helped to make your classes more fun and engaging, send us an email to teachersgamebox@gmail.com. Express what the issues with our games were and why you believe it didn’t help to level up your classes.

Once we receive your email, we will review and process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at teachersgamebox@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
